Политика возврата средств

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your last item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return or cancellation, contact us at soralune.store@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm damage/defect), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
